They may not be the worst, but they certainly do SUCK.

Nedbank's account managers are pointless if I have to go in to the physical branches to do basic tasks that they can do online. I have met the people who manage my account. They know me and where to reach me. They know that I can send signatures and copies of my ID online, yet I have to go to a branch.

Once I actually went to a branch 40km away (!!!), they still were unable to help, so the trip, the petrol, and the time was a complete waste! 2 hours of my Monday, the busiest day of the week, and their employee's do not give a sh*t. I owe tens of thousands of rand that just so happen to be held hostage in my nedbank account, but no one can seem to access it. What the f*ck???
