They just don't want to assist.

Once again after making an arrangement to pay a lower installment which I've been doing diligently you guys debit again. When asked why it was debited twice I was told that the arrangement had expired and the amount that was debited is for the arrears. I think everyone is struggling to pay and I am not missing any payments I am paying but you guys keep deducted after my installment. This is unacceptable!
