THEY DONT HELP THEIR COSTUMERS

I called Nedbank mid month September to help me block an authorised debit order as per their information provided on google and I was told that they can not see anything on their side. End of October the same company that I asked them to block debited money from my account and I am told that they ran all the codes and they can't reverse the money back. Seriously unimpressed with the service. I am told to go open a ***** case in order for to assist me.
