They don't care about their clients

On the 5th of June, I commended your staff members for the excellent service they provided, however, your institution has continued to fail us. My mother finished paying off her house in 2016. there was no communication from the bank regarding the process of acquiring a title deed. we took it upon ourselves to inquire. we have been sent from pillar to post and it has been well over 2 months now with no communication from the bank or your estate lawyers who were suppose to have called us by now. i am not sure what shoddy business you guys are running, but i would never advice anyone to buy their property using your institution. other institutions take it upon themselves to contact their clients and inform them of their title deed and initiate the process. you drag your feet and treat your clients like they are nothing. we regret ever using your services to this date we are still title deed less.
