They came through

Less than a week ago I wrote a complain here on hello peter about the treatment I was receiving from Nedbank, the lack of assistance of some of the call center agents. A gentleman by the name of Nicolaus called me and and with the help of Precious from Nedbank Diepkloof Square in Soweto ( Just to add that Precious has helped me before and that branch and the team are a marvel to work with hence I recommended to Nicolaus that I wanted to go to that branch) My issue has been resolved within a Week :-) … thank you guys for coming through.
