My best friend. A single mom of 2 kids aged 13 and 12 is raising her kids on her own, on a teachers salary. She has not had a cent from her husband for over 5 years.<br> I know an electronic version of bank statements is expensive as she has enquired and begged and pleaded and all she gets is a no no no! She will have to pay over R5000, she has been told to get the bank statements she requires before she can take her husband to court for alimony. Now I know 'rules are rules' however I know in my heart of hearts that there must be a kind, compassionate person in Nedbank somewhere that will be able to help her without charging her this amount.
