There is a hold on my Capitec which is there because of an instruction from Nedbank. I would appreciate if someone from Nedbank can contact me on *** so they can explain to me why is my account blocked and what is required so my account can be unblocked. It has been three months already and there has been no communication from Nedbank so far and this is affecting my account negatively and my policies have lapsed due to the block on the account.
