Theona Hilder Nedbank

Nedbank homeloans shame on you. I have a homeloan with Nedbank. I urgently needed some cash so I decided to sell an empty stand that is part of the property. The property consists of 3x stands of 3300 square feet each. 2x empty stands and 1x stand with a house of 400 square feet on it. After I explained to nedbank that I am in trouble financialy, they still insisted that we pay the full amount that we recieved for one stand on the property towards the outstanding amount of the bond. Nedbank refuse to help us. Even though we already paid back more than the initial loan amount, and is now only left with interest. The value of the remaining property is 3 times the outstanding amount owed to nedbank.
