Their Private Clients service is poor

Their Private Clients service is poor. Since December 2025 I have been asking them to assist on a certain issue to no avail. I even went to one of their branches in person which connected to my “private banker” who promised to assist. He never did. I emailed their private clients email to complain, even the manager of the private banker at the Northmead Benoni branch - same poor result. This is the second private banker allocated to me but they seem very overwhelmed with their work. Only good thing about Nedbank’s Private Clients service is the airport lounge access for those who travel otherwise, poor service overall.
