Theft out of account

First they send an sms saying someone with a paypoll account will withdraw an amount. Phoning care line to hold on an hour and been told cant see who is taking the money. Try to phone next day no success. Go to the branch no resolution from teller. Phone the call centre in bank.. to be put through to ***** line and been cut of twice... no assistance. Stop his card. Issue a new one but have to pay twice for it. Total over R 400 paid.. and lost money out of acount after they tell us it would declaimed original transaction. I will in my life never revere any one to Nedbank. *****s in the highest degree!!!!!
