19 May 2023, 14:54 Theft Writing this complaint under Nedbank as they have appointed auto and general as their Insurance provider for vehicles.

I had an endless battle with them to resolve my claim and up til today they still debit my account and ***** my money.

This is what they doing they continue to deduct your account way after your account should be closed with them when the claim is processed.

It's taking the over 3 weeks to refund my money and it has been going on for 2 months going onto the 3rd month now

Nedbank is a good bank however due their complaints team and insurance department which is Auto and general are dragging this banks name through the dirt they damaging a Good banking service in South Africa due to their pathetic service.

Please Nedbank find a new Insurance to cover vehicles for you those people are damaging your name.

Please Nedbank help me get my refund from these ****** they *****ing my money every month even though I have made them aware they continue to take my money, what do you call this ? It's Theft.
