Thee most horrible service

Our company banks with Nedbank, i go there everyday at Nedbank Vereeniging the service never gets better😥there are 7 teller cubicles yet there is only two teller consultants working. I'm talking about something that happens everyday. The staff members are always dragging their feet I'm definitely sure they know nothing about TCF. You will wait for more thank 10mims to get a ticket and more than 2hours for your ticket to be called. Branch Manager please do your job and push your staff to work because we not there to chill we also have work to do.
