The worst service in human history.

I have been with Nedbank for 4 years. I have bought a car through MFC and insurance from Nedbank on the same car. I registered a claim on the 7th they had all the information they needed on the 10th, today is the 28th they are still processing the claim. They keep telling me tomorrow the claim will be finalized and they will call me, 12 working days since they had all the information the needed and absolutely nothing has happened. This has to be some of the worst service in human history and an extreme inconvenience and is becoming a major problem, I have been without a car for three weeks now. The best they can do is promise me tomorrow and then do absolutely nothing.
