The worst service ever.

I went to nedbank campus Square on the 15th to open a fixed deposit and a normal savings account till today funds are not yet transferred to the fixed deposit.went back the following day the lady at the tellers adviced that live she will do the transfer till to date not sure where my money went.i send an email to their complaint they 7 days to respond and the manager at the complaint by the name of Cody send an email that they reach and with no luck and adviced that I need to call them back to resolve the matter.send an email to Cody advicing him or her the convenient time,I specified the time till today I haven't receive any response or it was just a formality to close their cases.thats how Nebank and Complaint department treat their new clients.
