The worst service ever

The worst service ever. I deposited money on the 06/04/2021, and kept on checking why it wasn't appearing in my account. On the 07/04/2021 I spent the whole day checking as well and nothing was appearing. I then spoke to a consultant called Musawenkosi, who told me that it will only reflect after 2 working days. I called the call center and they said it will reflect in the next 24 hours. I am going to miss a family funeral because of this. I'm righting this review standing at Park station where I was trying to buy a bus ticket but apparently I have no money.

Nothing can ever replace my last goodbye to my grandmother as I can't make it to the funeral. What bank processes a direct deposit in 48 hours? I'm so disappointed.
