The worst level of service... I'm leaving!!!

This morning I went to the Nedbank branch in Southdale Johannesburg and recieved the worst level of service ever. I waited in a queue for 30 min then got into the branch. I was told to sit and wait for the Consultant and waited and waited and waited and people came and went I was so invisible. There was Sales Team Leader that I approached who told me someone will help let me find someone but there was no one. At 10am there wasn't even a Branch Manager available. People came from outside and went straight to certain consultants. There was consultants sitting and do nothing but no one rushing to help the customers as if they paying me for my time. I eventually approach someone and asked for help but the attitude... They clearly don't need customers please tell me how I can move my home loan from Nedbank?
