The worst customer services

I called in today regarding my query. I was advised that everything was going smoothly and I don't need to worry. I received a missed call from Nedbank later in the day and no one at the call centre knows why they called me, it seems like Nedbank call centre agents doesnt know what they are doing and not making notes on the account, Im really disappointed with the services. I think one star rating is too much.
