I have been dealing with Ashrinee Gopi,Schalk Van Der Merwe, Nicoli Cloete, Elroy Jonkers since December and still nothing has been resolved.

We bought two POS devices from Bulelani Combi at the Sea Point branch and after only reviewing one device with no instructions and numerous attempts to resolve the issues, we decided to close our accounts. To date, duplicate bank charges were charged, duplicate fees deducted, no refunds received and 6 weeks after closing the accounts, nothing has been resolved. Elroy Jonkers also promised to send closing bank entries by COB on 4 May and nothing has been received.
