The worst Bank, Netbank

Netbank Farrarmere - I have opened two Business accounts and a Private Clients Account with Netbank Farrarmere last year October 2024.

From this date I was unable to use any of the cards including American Swiss cards. Several attempts were made to have this repaired, starting from fixing faulty codes to requesting cards which failed.

Only once I had enough on July 3rd, 2025 I had enough. New cards were ordered which took a week. When collecting it at the bank, it took roughly 5min with no help, person able to ask me if I need something ignored me. My banker assisted me with a ticket ( Collection Ticket No: C001) to collect my cards. The worst part is, I had to sit for over 30 min and wait. My Banker asked the employees to assist me and I was still not help. This is where I left the bank with no phone call to me from the bank. Netbank is truly the worst Bank when it comes to Customer service.
