THE WORST BANK IN SOUTH AFRICA!!!

I REGRET MOVING TO NEDBANK! I WILL NOT EVEN REFER MY WORST ENEMY TO NEDBANK!!!!!!!

I initially had a great bank by my side. until I decided to buy a home through NEDBANK(the worst decision of my life) like any other young person buying a home for the 1st time you want to make sure that you get the best deal. NEDBANK sold me on the 50% off transfer costs. I was told to move my salary to NEDBANK of which i did, but just with the 1st salary paid in my NEDBANK account I already regret making that decision. their MONEY APP doesn't work, I've been going to their CENTURION MALL BRANCH so many times to get my APP sorted but still they can't seem to help me. I have money in my account but i can't make internet transfers, i can't pay my accounts on the app. I have to do everything manually like we're in 1951(Pathetic) as soon as the property is on my name i will be moving back to my previous bank. I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND NEDBANK TO ANY ONE WHO WANTS CONVENIENCE!! THE WORST IN SA PERIOD!!!!
