The worst bank ever!!! Very Disappointing bad service with no communication.

Very Disappointing bad service with no communication.

App**** for a credit card on online 2 weeks ago and someone called me to to send through my supporting documents to their branch, which i did but till date no one has called me, its been 2 weeks now of frustration.

I have called several times with no assistance and promised to be called back and it never happens.

I don't think i even want to to proceed with this application as it is clear the service i will receive in future.
