The worst bank ever

This is the worst bank I've ever dealt with. I’ve been listed by Nedbank South African ***** Prevention Services (SAFPS) database. I contacted the bank to request that my account be unblocked and submitted all the required documents as requested. They initially told me to wait four to six weeks for the investigation. After that period passed, I called again and was told to wait another 14 to 20 days. I’ve been consistently following up, but I’m still waiting. I urgently need that clearance letter and to be removed from the SAFPS list today.
