The worst bank

The worst bank ever can you please reply to this review for everyone to see as to how as a bank you function. How is possible that an account can't transact anymore while there is still money left inside. The card does not swipe or even display the balance on the atm. No communication from your bank what so ever, even your branch staff cannot even explain why the account stopped functioning. If you as a bank feel you need my son's account, close it transfer the balance to other bank, which you do have details from the medical aid department. Don't even think I need your private response since you could bother to even send a text message. Nedbank can't even close a simple cheque account. The account is still visible on my profile.
