The worse communicators in their sector

I brought a TV on special with my partner TV license, the system confirmed the order and ready for shipping . When I called to confirm when is being delivered that when they decide to tell me that they need my license not my partners 5 days. They have the worse communication for a business of their status. I expected more from them especially as they should be understanding of the financial implication that comes with their errors and communication.
