THE WORSE BANK EVER

NEDBANK HAS LEFT ME IN A **** HOLE - WORSE BANK EVER!!!!

What a ****ty bank. I will be closing this account soon. I spoke to Moeketsi Masithela on the 31 Aug asked to speak to his manager because he was not assisting giving me attitude he decided to hang up on me. This is the kind of customer service you guys provide hiring *********** staff this is not the first incident spoke to Karen Padeyachee who also gave me attitude and argued with me and told me they wont assist me just because i asked to speak to her manager because of her attitude... Luckily enough she didn't hang up she passed me to her TL who was also very rude told me to get to the point because she is busy she has other things to do. All these people work for the personal loan department in Jhb non of them assisted me instead told me that they will take my money as they please. I Will be closing this account soon. DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE. NEDBANK NEEDS TO HIRE MORE COMPETENT STAFF!!!
