The terrible/appalling/awful/dreadful bank ever!!!!!!!!!!!!

What Nedbank advertise its not actually what they offer or what they give their clients. It is disgusting and unprofessional that almost two months ago maybe even more, we lodge a claim though our home insurance with Nedbank. We had the an individual come out to view and assess, and that was it. No feedback, no returned call for any outcome. The damages got so bad that we had to fix it out of our own pocket. We experiences so much problems with Nedbank since day one from opening a new account, home loan, MFC car and the list goes on, but I guess it true what most people say we not important enough our bank balance is too low for them. I would not recommend anyone to take any produce with Nedbank talk is really cheap and they do not delivery on an promises.
