I cant believe the bank that financed my car could not come to my aid when i told them that the dealership(Bryanston Executive cars) was misrepresenting a product that they sold to me. The delership sold me car that caused me an accident because of worn tyres on same day of the sale, infact it was less than a kilometer from dealership, they(dealership) then came and took the car which was "roadworthy". I contact MFC to cancel the contract that i have concerning the car, they told me they can't get involved, I must contact the delership.I did that but the dealership refused to cancel. That to bully me into taking the car, telling me that I was going to be charged for storage. I tried everything including ombudsman but there was no win for me. I was left with a debt of a car i didn't own and my deposit was forfeited. Moreover the bank still wants me to pay for a car that was never and is not in my possession.
