The state of the banks is in serious question

A few days ago I received a message saying that Nedbank still needs some of my personal information and that my account will be blocked.

I went to my branch on Saturday and the lady who assisted me advised that all of my information is verified and correct- she does not understand why this is happening.

She sent an email to the correct department, including her manager.

I am still waiting for this issue to be resolved. I am unable to use the money in my account so I desperately need.

This is beyond ridiculous, I moved to Nedbank 2 months ago, I have received two salaries in this account and made numerous transactions and now this.

If this is not resolved by C.O.B today, I will be closing this account.
