The service at nedbank is horrible, in protea glen mall, the guy name Thabiso he is so unprofessional and rude

I was at nedbank protea glen mall today, the guy that works there his name is Thabiso was so rude to me because I asked him why is he helping people that are not on the line, then he did not show me where can I go and get the statement, please train that guy to be professional
