The Right hand does not know what the Left hand does....

I had an American Express Card and unfortunately got retrenched , I had debt protection and paid this very month. I app**** for debt protection through Nedbank Insurance and although it took a while they were very professional. My Insurance was approved on the 10 th of July and I was gratefull for this.

Every day I get phone calls from rude call center employees demanding payment ( I even received a sms stating that they have sent a letter of demand) and everytime I have to explain to them the debt protection that was approved. I actually told these callers to put my comment on their system plus the policy nr but I still get these calls. ( This all happened after the insurance was aproved)

I know the calls are recorded and Nedbank can verify this......
