I cant believe this bank they are the WORST. I get transferred from pillar to post they refuse to provide you with any senior contact details. Some Olivia claims to be in the head office of the CEO but does not call you back after alleging she will. This bank sucks they place you in a worse of position they do things on your account with not informing you they suck at their customer service at their escalation service they need compliance desperately. Even their documents loaded on their websites are outdated and when i threaten with going to the banking ombud Olivia who is supposed to be in the executive team tells you they can't help.
