The Nedbank Brickwall

I went to Nedbank The Grove Centre in Pretoria today. I saw a gentleman from 'Sales' for advice on investments. He told me that I can do what needed to be done online or on my App. I left. Now I run into a brick wall when I try and do it online. When I call the Nedbank call centre I am told that it cannot be done online and that I have to go back to the branch to do it.
