The most disgusting service I've received from nedbank branch level to their legal advicers...

On the 23april 2021 nedbank southgate mall branch was served with a notice to release the hold place on my account Mr JL motloung. The sheriff of the court also made a follow up by servicing nedbank with the same request a few days later as the magistrate has ordered that my account be open. To date nothing has been done, nedbank is refusing to release the hold God know why as I'm the account holder and as a doctor my credits are falling to go through, I cannot renew my license, my kids have no food on the table but the same bank has that I've been banking with for the past 20 years refuse to release the hold and now in stranded with no food, no petrol and reduced to beg and borrow. I have 2 bonds with nedbank, cheque account, and investments which I now want to move to another bank as I'm being treated like a ******** on my hard earned money while someone from the branch level to the poorly functioned legal department is twiddling their thumbs and my kids and business are suffering. I called the courts officer and he said he also gave nedbank the same instructions to lift the hold and doesn't understand why their are it complying.
