THE MOST AMAZING CUUSTOMER SERVICE!!
<p>I WROTE A REVIEW ON NEDBANK 3 WEEKS AGO AND GOT CONTACTED BY A LADY CALLED CODY FRANCIS!! I WOULD LIKE TO SAY IS THAT NEDBANK NEEDS MORE PEOPLE LIKE HER!! She went far and beyond the call of duty to have my issues resolved. Kept communicating to assure me that we will have the issue resolved. Excellent customer service ( she needs 6 stars and not 5!!) I hope this compliment does not go unnoticed by her management team!! Thank you Cody!! You are truly amazing and Nedbank should be very very proud!!! Well done!!!</p>
