The MobiMoney is ****!!!

I'm so disappointed in your mobimoney option SERIOUSLY!!! How do you take my money and then send my contact an expired voucher number with yesterda's date and then request that she dials *120*001# and choose options4 only for her to not get anything. This is RIDICULOUS! My friend was suppose to get the money IMMEDIATELY. I called twice only to be told that this matter will be escalated and someone will get back to me within 24-48hours SERIOUSLY??? I'm BEYOND LIVID at this moment cause now I need to find alternative ways of sending my friend money now because of your STUPID changes. The SendImali option worked perfectly but this NEW **** you have now is definitely a waste.
