The Green Grinch of Nedbank that stole Christmas

After a few years of being part of this so called Greenback Rewards, I decided to finally use their 'services' and purchase some Christamas gifts using my Greenback Rewards. Firstly, the website would allow me to complete the order. So I had called in, to which someone assisted me with the order (which took forever as the assistant took a long time to loacte the items I wished to order). Fast forward to the delivery day (± one week later), they had decided to only deliver ONE package out of the three that was placed. They had taken my 'new order' and advised that it would be delivered before the date I was scheduled to leave (2 days before Christmas). They had promised to call back that same day to sort the issue out further. No call was received. Four days later I decided to call back to double check that everything was one track. The second item seemed to be on track - but could not advise on a date of delivery date, dispite being stipulated, the third missing item they couldnt even explain as to why it had not been processed. I was unaware of the fact I even needed to have a card in order for my rewards in order for me to cash out cashed out - dispite being part of this rewards programme for a few years now. They were quick to remove my reward point for items I had not even received.

Dealing with Nedback this year alone has been frustrating on its own. They cannot get my details correct - which proved to be especially difficult during my tax returns. All my information was completley out of date, such as my email address which backed to 4 year prior (they send me electronic statements every month to my correct one btw). My work details they had the correct numbers, but the wring place of work ------- too many faults to name on here.

Come on Nedback, pull up your socks, I used to enjoy going into the bank as the lines were short and relativley quick - but now I undestand more as to why that is.

I hope you get my order right before it is too late. It has only been one thing after the other.
