THE BIGGEST MISTAKE YOU CAN MAKE WHEN SELECTING A BANK!!!

This is one ****tty bank, I would really recommend that if you want an account, please go to a bank that actually knows what it is they are doing. They are stupid even the consultants that work there are stupid 😒. I requested a debit order reversal which has been reoccurring for months, I don't know who these people are and why and this "bank" proceeded to tell me that it's non refundable. How does someone get the authority to debit you bank account and this bank cannot do anything about it? My worst mistake was banking with Nedbank... When the same thing happened with ABSA it was reversed same day and canceled... If you are banking with Nedbank, trust me when I say, you can do better... Sies
