The big green bank is turning out to be a bunch of red flags with poor customer experience

I have submitted for a recall with nedbank which has been unsuccessful, throughout the process there has been no follow up with me as a client to keep me updated on the process. I have been a client for over 8/9 years with nedbank and I am very upset about the amount of effort that has been put in to help me or even keep me updated as a client.
