The best customer service ever

I had some problems logging into my cellphone banking Nedbank app and phoned the number they provide for such queries. The lady that picked up was very calm and very professionally but also I felt like I was speaking to a person that really care about their customers. So she could not help me with my problem but she find out what the problem was and when it will be fix then she even went further and gave my alternatives should this problem cause me any inconvenience.

All in all I am a very satisfied customer and have been banking with Nedbank with many years and after this I can say I am very happy with the bank I choose.
