The best customer service champion

On the 18th January i went to the nedbank branch in Southgate to collect my greenbacks shop card, wow i must say you just get welcomed by their customer service champion by the name Sarah. I must say she is welcoming, friendly, bubbly. And most of the time when i go there she is always like that. She is indeed a true customer service champion????
