The best bank employee I have ever dealt with

I went to the Gezina Branch of Nedbank in Pretoria to sort out a few things that I did not fully understand about my one account. I was ably assisted by Ms. Marti Smith, who has also helped me on two previous occasions with banking matters. Besides being very competent at her work, she is also the most polite and helpful person that I have ever met at any bank. There are always people like this at every one of the different banks, but in all the 47 years that I have been using Nedbank, she is surely the best.
