The bank took my money and claims I owe it R960

I HATE this bank with my everything, on Sunday I received R700, then used R300 on uber, on Monday the 1st December 2025 I received R550 my balance in my account was R1300, transfered R800 into my savings account and I was left with R450, this morning my card declines and when I check my balance it says I owe the bank R960😡😡😡😡HOWWWWWWW, I called customer care and went to the branch they couldn't help both
