THE BANK THAT'S NOT THERE WHEN YOU NEED THEM

I have been with Nedbank for over 7years and have been paying my credit card religiously every month for all these years. Covid 19 has affected my life in a way that was unforseen. I have been retrenched on 6 July 2020 and have not received a salary since lockdown started en of March 2020. I have sent my documents to Nedbank several times and even spoke to one of there consultants to find out if I am covered for retrenchment benifits. These banks don't care about you and me, they smile and advertise that they care but don't. I have always paid my acoounts for years and at a time when you and I need the banks to help us they turn a blind eye. I don't even have money to feed my family let alone pay Nedbank. I am going for as much interviews as possible just to get back. People please use this bad times as a reality check to be independent and don't trust these banks because they are only there when times are good and not when you really need them.
