The bank that does not care

Do not bank with Nedbank if you value things like customer service, because it is non existing. Sure, the money app works well, until it does not. Then you are *****ed.

I recently emigrated and still have my Nedbank accounts open to make some payments in South Africa, but I am having some issues with payment limits.

Unfortunately I can not call the bank and am relying on the contact center for help. They just do not reply. I have been waiting now for almost a week for them to get back to me, but nothing. Now I have to swipe my Nedbank card oversees, as I am not able to transfer my funds to my oversees account.

Thank you Nedbank, for not caring at all.
