The bank is bad and dont think for their customers, they blocked my account and its been almost a year now but they still charge me a service fee even when im not using their services

The bank is bad and dont think for their customers, they blocked my account and its been almost a year now but they still charge me a service fee even when im not using their services. I asked them to cancell my account they did not help me with that, im a hair dresser and people paid me using eft. My bank has been stopped and a year now and no one is communicating anything
