Mr Ferland's service can only be described as meticulous, impressive & just outright OUTSTANDING!!!!

After having endless problems for last 6 weeks, I was in a position where I had a HUUUUUGE accessing my account. After having to visit 3 different branches and receive almost every excuse possible without a single solution provided by anyone, including branch managers, I was fortunate to receive assistance from Mr Thato Ferland

Not only was his customer service, empathy to my situation and ability to calm things down meticulous, he kept every promise, he followed up with me, kept me in the loop of what was happening and also sorted out my problem with the highest level of professionalism I have ever experienced from anyone @ Nedbank

I must say I was super impressed for such excellent service especially considering the fact that he had nothing to do with the mess that happened

He took it upon himself to be proactive and also delivered on his promise.

I was blown away by his level of understanding and his sense of urgency.

Customer service is a calling and it’s not for everyone, you Sir have been called to serve?
