Thanks to the swift response TRANXCHK.

This bank has been double debiting now. I've contacted them their service is so poor I want to close that account. To top it all i wake up one morning and was debited 430,000 rands without performing anything transactions. Had to seek help from TRANXCHK an agency who swiftly investigated and recover my missing money. Thanks to TRANXCHK__@___GMA!IL.___C0M
