I meant to write this review a long time ago. Thanks to JP Botha in professional banking, Glenvista Branch. There was major confusion with my overdraft application and I was about to switch banks. I waited two weeks for the application to be approved. I went in circles with Nedbank call centre staff. I also had no idea I was on professional banking and had a personal banker. I finally found JP at Glenvista who went the extra mile, especially thinking beyond systems, processes and bureaucracy to ensure a smooth client experience. Thanks for the professionalism and bringing my hope back in Nedbank.
