Thanks Nedbank

I just switched from FNB to Nedbank. The experience has been great. There were a few niggles here and ther but what is most important is that Elize (banker) and Lucinda (Service Suite) just refuse to rest until my issues are sorted. I have never been so spoilt. FNB Private Clients was always passing the buck. At Nedbank everyone just wants to help. My experience at the Irene Private Bank branch has been great. Even when fetching my cards from the branch downstairs, I was looked after. Its been a good few weeks Nedbank. Well done.
