Thanks for Nothing.... what a useless BANK

Someone needed urgent help and i sent them money via send imali on the 5th of December, for some reason or the other they could not withdraw it, i was told the transaction will be reversed, after 10-11 days i contacted the bank and was told they would log a case and i will get my money within 3 days (latest Friday 20/12). Today is Monday (23/12) and I still dont have my money... Now i realise why most of the reviews are 1 star on here, Nedbanks service is atrocious whether its normal banking or having a private banker i have been through it all with them...for me 2020 will mean a new banking institution
